On the left the Emirates cable cars which transit passengers to Greenwich peninsula and the Dome and in the foreground the watersports centre.
The old flour mills are tot he left and the disused warehouses and cranes to the right.
The Excel exhibition centre on the right is now open, the pedestrian bridge across the dock is completed and new housing developments have replaced the warehouses on the south side of the dock.
Beyond Excel and its new ground floor enterprises is the floating luxury Sunborn Hotel. The lift up to the pedestrian bridge is to the left.

This branch dock on the south side of the Royal Victoria Dock was home to the flour mills, timber yards and the graving dock.
The timber warehouses have gone, the flour mills remain and Chinese money is ready for a huge new development.
